As a Senior Kubernetes Platform Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, within their Cloud Engineering Area. You will play a crucial role in building, scaling, and maintaining the internal Kubernetes platform that powers their containerization capabilities worldwide. Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the container platform infrastructure
• Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving IKP infrastructure issues
• Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Kubernetes platform
• Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and integration failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements
• Provide 24x7 support as part of an on-call rota, including weekend rotations

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshooting tools
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration principles
• Experience with Unix administration
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Experience with infrastructure as code
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Service Meshes

• Fluent English
