As a Senior Banking Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry, dedicated to transforming banking through cutting-edge technology. You will contribute to projects involving system analysis within banking operations, focusing on requirements gathering, modeling with UML and BPMN, and leveraging tools such as Enterprise Architect, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications for banking projects.
• Develop and maintain UML and BPMN diagrams to support project documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other messaging systems.
• Support the implementation and validation of banking systems ensuring adherence to project requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing technical expertise.
• Document processes and system modifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members to facilitate clear communication and project success.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking systems analysis or related field.
• Strong proficiency in UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Proven experience in analyzing and designing banking or financial services systems.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Polish with a good command of English (Communicative level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in modeling or banking technology standards.
• Experience working in agile environments or with additional messaging systems.

• Polish (Good command)
• English (Communicative proficiency)
