As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution dedicated to pioneering sophisticated credit solutions for corporate clients. You will contribute to the development of the CLP workflow application, transforming complex business requirements into seamless, reliable systems that deliver impactful banking experiences. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and model enterprise architecture diagrams (BPMN, UML) to articulate system workflows clearly and efficiently.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and test REST APIs, ensuring system integrations are robust and scalable.
• Configure and optimize system queueing mechanisms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka to support high-performance processes.
• Prepare test data and perform SQL queries across MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle SQL databases for system validation.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in Agile teams to ensure project milestones are met consistently.
• Apply GenAI tools to enhance system analysis and improve problem-solving accuracy.
• Document system design, workflows, and technical solutions clearly to facilitate team understanding and future enhancements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis or related roles within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of REST API, BPMN, UML, and SQL.
• Practical experience with system queue technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Skilled with requirement modeling tools and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good command of Polish language and a communicative level of English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of ECM tools.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and GenAI applications.
