As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services industry. You will contribute to building cutting-edge banking solutions, translating strategic goals into high-quality, reliable software that supports growth and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities:

• Translate Group and Wholesale banking strategies into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Take ownership of the full software lifecycle, from design to testing, deployment, and maintenance, delivering high-quality, secure code.
• Support delivery planning and execution within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively reduce technical debt and improve system performance, resilience, and reusability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and Solution Architects to clarify requirements, shape architectures, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide mentorship through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing, elevating engineering standards within the team.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and operational monitoring.
• Participate in support activities such as incident investigation, problem management, and root cause analysis to ensure service stability.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 6 years of experience in software development in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Strong back-end expertise with Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, and Ansible
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit
• Proven ability to mentor team members and uphold engineering standards

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Front-end development experience
• Exposure to Spring Cloud, MuleSoft, and SeeBurger BIS/E-DI
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and containerization with Docker
• Background in production support, incident management, and service reliability improvement
