As a System Analyst, you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, focusing on developing advanced client relationship management systems. You will help build solutions for identity verification, AML risk assessment, and external system integrations, supporting the creation of secure and reliable customer processes. Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyze system requirements and design solutions utilizing UML and BPMN methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process modeling and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure effective implementation of system features.
  • Integrate external systems using APIs such as REST, AsyncAPI, and Kafka.
  • Support agile project workflows, including task management in JIRA and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within client systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving industry standards and technologies, including BPM and database management.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and AsyncAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and REST APIs; knowledge of SOAP and RabbitMQ is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with JIRA workflow management.
  • Knowledge of system development cycles and software engineering best practices.

Language required for the role:

  • Polish (good command).
  • English (communicative).
