Mid-Level Ferryt BPMN Process Automation Specialist

As a Ferryt Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the fastest-growing banks in Poland, leading the way in online banking innovation. You will play a vital role in the implementation and development of business processes on the FerrytFlow platform, enabling seamless banking operations and enhanced customer experiences. Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and development
• Configure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platform
• Configure business processes on the FerrytFlow platform
• Provide support and training to system users
• Ensure seamless integration and operation of business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurations
• Document process configurations and changes

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Higher education or currently pursuing a degree in computer science, mathematics, econometrics, physics, or related fields
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience with Ferryt platform
• Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0
• Proficiency in MS SQL with the ability to create SQL queries
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills
• Communicative English, especially for technical documentation

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with C#
• Knowledge of T-SQL
• Experience with agile project management methodologies

Language required for the role: Polish (Good command)
