Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work in hybrid model
As a Client Fulfilment Service Team Officer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, supporting their Private Banking division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client communication and efficient document management across various regions. This involves managing key client-facing processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities: Maintain the Bank’s document inventory through periodic reviews and ad-hoc requests
- Update and manage electronic documents within the central repository
- Coordinate and execute multiple client bulk communication campaigns
- Collaborate with internal business requestors to understand their needs, advise on efficient solutions, and ensure smooth execution
- Collect, review, and validate communication elements (materials, distribution lists, approvals) to ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Work with internal partners, such as technology teams, to resolve ad-hoc issues and enhance existing functionalitie
- Proactively identify and address system errors, data gaps, and other deficiencies
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing the client experience
- Share best practices and drive client-centric solutions within the team
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, ifs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to understand and adapt to new digital systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in working with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Business Management or a related field (other qualifications will be considered)
- Experience in banking or wealth management (desirable)
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and adapt to change effectively
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
