Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

As an Enterprise Content Architect, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution focused on re-inventing its customer relationships through digital transformation. You will play a crucial role in developing an omni-channel content management strategy that enhances user interface design while ensuring content reuse across multiple digital touchpoints, including mobile, web platforms, and other customer engagement channels. Your work will be pivotal in defining scalable content architectures, enabling API-driven content reuse, and optimizing content governance through advanced technology solutions.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and implementing structured content models, metadata schemas, and taxonomies to support omni-channel content distribution

  • Defining and maintaining content structures within AEM 6.5 to enable modular content reuse
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to design content APIs, structured data strategies, and integrations with front-end applications
  • Supporting content localization strategies by structuring content for efficient multi-language deployment and regional customization
  • Partnering with engineering, content strategy, design, and technical authoring teams to align content architecture with business objectives and technical constraints
  • Establishing guidelines and best practices for structured content management and governance
  • Ensuring content retrieval via APIs for different platforms and optimizing content for dynamic delivery
  • Leading conversations, asking critical questions, and making informed decisions on structured-content-related matters
  • Supporting component-based content delivery and guiding front-end teams on structured content consumption
  • Enhancing content workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and governance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong experience with enterprise content management systems, preferably AEM 6.5
  • Deep knowledge of structured content modeling and taxonomy development
  • Experience designing and implementing headless CMS principles and API-driven content strategies
  • Understanding of how structured content is retrieved via APIs for different platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and content strategy teams
  • Ability to create and enforce content governance policies and best practices
  • Experience in supporting localization and multi-language content deployment
  • Proven ability to drive structured content strategies that align with business objectives
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work through ambiguity and lead discussions on content architecture
  • Experience in developing scalable content solutions for enterprise environments

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based content management solutions
  • Experience with integrating content systems with analytics tools
  • Background in financial services or similar regulated industries
