As an ETL Developer, you will join the team of our client, one of the largest Private Bank in the world. You will be part of the Rapid Automation Development Team within the SSO Department. This is a dynamic group focused on driving operational efficiency through automation. You’ll join a collaborative team responsible for developing and implementing automated solutions across the EMEA region.

Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions for data processing

  • Automate manual processes using platforms like Xceptor, Oracle Apex, Appian, or similar tools
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process redesign and optimization
  • Participate in the full end-to-end SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), collaborating on requirements gathering, solution design, planning, system integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production releases

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience with ETL tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or other low-code development platforms (experience with Xceptor is a plus)
  • Strong SQL (select statements) knowledge
  • Familiarity with Oracle Express and Appian is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Banking, or Finance (final year students may be considered)
  • General understanding of capital markets and accounting principles, or experience in a similar role, is preferred

  • The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
