As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a renowned financial institution dedicated to revolutionizing its technology ecosystem. The project focuses on developing the CTO Product Catalogue, a central hub designed to streamline and simplify access to various technology products, enhancing management and discoverability. Your role will involve building innovative features that empower users to effortlessly navigate this digital platform while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and scalability.

Your main responsibilities: Crafting innovative features that enhance user experience, following the principles of “Go Faster, Break Less, Protect Production”

  • Leading engaging design reviews to encourage creative and effective technical solutions
  • Automating repetitive tasks by developing scripts and tools to boost efficiency
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve a unified vision
  • Developing talent within the team by mentoring and supporting junior developers
  • Innovating and experimenting with new technologies to enhance developer experience
  • Working with CI/CD pipelines, code analysis tools, security tools, Jenkins, GIT, and Confluence
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Agile and DevOps methodologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in developing industry-leading products with modern technologies
  • Strong proficiency in Vanilla JS, React, NodeJs, and PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code analysis tools, security tools, Jenkins, GIT, and Confluence
  • Experience with Python
  • Quick learning capabilities and ability to be productive from day one
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude
  • High degree of personal integrity and accountability

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with Java/Kotlin, and Clojure
