Warsaw based offer with possible to work in hybrid model

As an Investment Compliance Analyst you will be working for our client, a global financial institution recognized for safeguarding investor interests and ensuring compliance within the markets and securities services sector. You will be part of the trustee team which is a part of the Markets and Securities Services responsible for monitoring collective investment and pension funds to ensure they operate in line with regulations and legal frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills, collaborate with international stakeholders, and support initiatives that protect investors while contributing to the integrity of financial markets.

Your main responsibilities: Support the team in providing high quality depositary monitoring services

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, fiduciary countries, fund administrators and vendors
  • Investigate and validate portfolio managers’ exceptions and breaches against UCITS and AIFMD regulations
  • Clarify and resolve data inconsistencies between internal systems and client-provided information
  • Participate in assigned projects, demonstrating initiative and providing regular status updates
  • Respond in a timely manner to both standard and non-standard client queries
  • Take over supervisory duties during management absences
  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients, processes and solutions into the team

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within financial or related services, ideally in investment funds
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, high volume, time sensitive environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Motivation, proactivity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
