As an Agile Coach, you will be working for our client, a prominent leader in the online banking sector, where you will help guide teams towards continuous improvement and agile transformation. You will collaborate with various teams and organizational levels, focusing on scaling agile practices and optimizing processes. Your role will be key in eliminating waste, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring the effective application of Lean and Agile principles. Your work will significantly impact the delivery of high-quality solutions in the dynamic world of banking.
Your main responsibilities: Coach and mentor multiple Scrum teams, helping them adopt and improve Agile methodologies
- Facilitate the scaling of Agile practices across various teams and departments
- Guide the implementation of Lean principles to optimize processes and eliminate waste
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to drive agile transformation at scale
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging a culture of innovation and efficiency
- Support teams in implementing and refining Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban
- Develop and deliver Agile training to enhance team competencies and knowledge
- Use Jira and Confluence tools to manage and track Agile processes
- Promote engineering best practices to ensure high-quality solutions
- Conduct regular assessments of team performance and provide feedback for improvement
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience in implementing or working in Lean environments, focusing on process optimization and waste elimination
- Worked with at least 5 teams and at higher organizational levels
- Experience in scaling Agile practices across large teams or departments
- Certified in PSM I, PSPO I, CSPO, CSM, or Kanban System Design (KMP I)
- Knowledge of engineering best practices for high-quality software delivery
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence for Agile project management
- Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques
- English language skills at a B1 level or higher
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate (or higher)
