As an AI ML Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to optimize its banking services. You will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end development of GenAI models, ensuring seamless integration with business processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define and implement AI-driven strategies, monitor performance, and continuously improve solutions. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, and financial data will be essential in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the full lifecycle of AI-driven projects from inception to deployment
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to define and prioritize AI product features
• Monitoring and evaluating AI model performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in GenAI, analytics, and Prompt Engineering
• Participating in regular audits and reviews of AI-driven processes
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Developing and executing comprehensive system test plans for AI platforms
• Driving innovation by implementing AI solutions in regulated environments
• Communicating key insights and recommendations to senior management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong background in mathematical disciplines such as computer science, statistics, physics, or engineering
• Extensive experience in AI model development and lifecycle management
• Proven expertise in GenAI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, JavaScript, and HTML
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance requirements
• Experience in the financial sector with knowledge of banking products and processes

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Hands-on experience in investment or commercial banking
• Track record of implementing AI solutions in financial services
• Experience with DevOps methodologies for AI/ML deployment
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to AI in banking
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks for AI-driven solutions
