As a Application Solutions Architect/Technical Project Leader, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in the financial sector. Your role involves shaping the technical direction of the system, collaborating with Business Owners, and providing support in project implementations.

Your main responsibilities: Technically manage IT projects, ensuring effective communication within project-related teams

• Manage project risks and changes, report and oversee deployments to environments
• Collaborate with Business Owners, contributing to system architecture development
• Ensure efficient communication across teams associated with the project
• Control changes in related projects, gather information, and respond to modifications
• Report project status, plan, and execute project activities
• Supervise project documentation, ensuring quality management
• Manage and support the relationship-building process with suppliers

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of four years of experience in leading IT projects from a technical perspective
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in software development and integration projects
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
• Competence in change management and project leadership
• Inherent curiosity and a desire to explore better, more modern solutions
• Eagerness to learn and develop competencies based on jointly prepared Individual Development Plans
• Technical knowledge of Windows Server, RedHat Linux, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with the BPMS platform
