Drive Quality in Online Banking as an Automation Tester!

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month)

As an Automation Tester you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, on a large-scale  initiative focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of web and mobile applications. You will join a cross-functional team responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery pipelines. This role requires a strong understanding of automation tools and frameworks, as well as a hands-on approach to solving technical and business challenges related to quality assurance in complex systems.

Your main responsibilities: Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks

  • Support manual tests
  • Develop tools and processes that support test automation and continuous integration
  • Configure and maintain environments used for automated testing
  • Analyze business requirements and select scenarios for regression testing
  • Review and validate test scripts and documentation created by team members
  • Maintain test documentation and repositories of test artifacts
  • Monitor and optimize the automation testing process
  • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers on automation-related initiatives
  • Create test data and mock components for automated tests
  • Support the integration and configuration of automation tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
  • Min. 1 year of experience in automation tests
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, or TypeScript and Angular
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Jenkins, or TeamCity
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of version control tools like GIT and Bitbucket
  • Experience using IDE environments and tools like JMeter or SoapUI
  • Understanding of user requirements analysis and system design methodologies
  • Familiarity with manual software testing processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate in a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
