Shape Reliable Web and Mobile Apps as a QA Automation Engineer!

Warsaw/Łódź- based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)

As an Automation Tester you will be working for our client, a leading company in the online banking sector that is developing high-quality Web and mobile applications as part of its Digital Platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scenarios, ensuring software quality, and collaborating closely with project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to shape testing strategies, develop tools to support automated testing, and contribute to reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions across multiple teams.

Your main responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scenarios for Web and mobile applications

• Test application functionalities, scripts, and workflows
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports
• Identify, document, and report defects to relevant teams
• Collaborate with project teams, product owners, and business representatives
• Work closely with other IT teams including DevOps, administrators, QA, and Release management
• Develop tools, solutions, and testing architecture to enable efficient testing across teams
• Analyze systems, explore new approaches, and support maintaining high software quality

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least three years of experience in manual and automated testing of web applications and scripts
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience preparing test conditions and scenarios
• Knowledge of test strategy, creating, and maintaining automated testing tools
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Selenium (or similar frameworks)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience ensuring high quality and reliability in software solutions
• Strong communication skills in English for technical discussions and documentation

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in Agile methodology
• Knowledge of TeamCity, Jenkins, PowerShell, C#, Appium, SQL
