Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services organization. The company is focusing on enhancing its internal processes and driving large-scale change across various departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of business analysis tasks related to several critical projects, focusing on process improvements, risk management, and change interventions. You will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions and seamless implementation of business strategies.

Your main responsibilities: Managing the capture, analysis, and documentation of business processes, including IT processes

  • Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role within large-scale projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and reporting
  • Experience in managing or collaborating on change management activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability in risk management and identifying potential project risks
  • Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting for projects or programs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with internal and external teams
  • Ability to manage or collaborate with third-party service providers

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role within large-scale projects

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience working in the financial services sector
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of process modeling and reengineering
  • Experience in managing large, cross-functional projects
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
  • Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure related to business processes
  • Experience in implementing technology solutions within business processes
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones
  • Fluency in multiple languages
