Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day/month in the office)

As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial services leader investing in innovative digital solutions. You will join a product team focused on delivering efficient and effective systems that support business growth. Your role will involve analyzing product and technology landscapes, translating user needs into clear functional requirements, and collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders. You will also play a key part in documenting processes, supporting development, and driving knowledge sharing within a globally distributed environment.

Your main responsibilities: Performing detailed analysis on products, systems, and data flows

• Translating user requests and business problems into functional requirements
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions
• Documenting functional and non-functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria
• Creating business process models, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams
• Supporting development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving issues
• Contributing to knowledge transfer through presentations and handovers
• Engaging in continuous improvement by proposing innovative approaches and solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong business analysis or systems analysis experience
• Proven ability to capture requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Experience working in a global organization with distributed teams
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and self-starting mindset with ability to seek out solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience documenting specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Investigative mindset with willingness to experiment with new ideas

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working with APIs or API development teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and writing user stories
• Familiarity with business process modelling tools
• Understanding of system integrations and data flow design
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
