As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. You will be involved in transformation projects that connect business areas with IT, supporting the development of processes, documentation, and digital tools. Your role will focus on requirements analysis, process modeling, and collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders. In this environment, you will be supporting agile ways of working while delivering real value to the organization.

Your main responsibilities: Analyzing business processes and documenting workflows and instructions

• Creating and updating process and system documentation
• Supporting business users and IT teams in communication
• Modeling processes using BPMN and UML tools
• Preparing reports and analyses with PowerBI
• Supporting teams in working according to Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Managing and documenting project requirements in Jira and Confluence
• Identifying problems and proposing solutions for business processes
• Supporting acceptance testing and preparing test scenarios
• Analyzing data in PostgreSQL databases and SQL tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst
• Experience in process analysis and process documentation
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (Enterprise Architect, Camunda, BPMN, UML)
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them in practice
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Skills in acceptance testing and testing techniques
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and basics of Oracle SQL
• Ability to create reports and analyses in PowerBI
• Knowledge of REST and WebServices technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office at an advanced level

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of PL/SQL or Python for data analysis
• Experience with DevOps or Git tools
• Familiarity with Big Data, ETL, or DWH solutions
• Experience in Agile coaching or working as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of financial market products and banking processes
