Business Analyst – Banking Rebranding Project

As a Business Analyst working on a prominent banking rebranding project, you will support our client in redefining their brand identity through strategic IT systems enhancement. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering impactful change that influences the banking industry’s landscape. Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for a comprehensive rebranding effort.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications to align IT systems with new branding standards.
• Utilize Excel to handle large datasets, providing insights through data analysis to facilitate decision-making.
• Manage and organize workflows using JIRA, building dashboards and tracking progress across distributed teams.
• Operate efficiently within agile environments, supporting continuous improvements and process optimizations.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless implementation of system adjustments.
• Organize and prioritize backlog tasks, supporting change management and process documentation.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with practical expertise in Excel for handling extensive business data.
• Excellent proficiency in JIRA for task management, dashboard creation, and workflow organization.
• High-level communication and organizational skills, with operational experience managing backlog and process changes.
• Background in technical environments with relevant university education in a related field.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with dispersed teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with banking systems or rebranding projects.
