As a Business and Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in engineering consultancy. You will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for analyzing complex business processes and translating them into effective IT solutions. Together with team, you will support the marine industry.

Your main responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Model business processes using industry-standard tools
• Develop detailed functional specifications for IT solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance
• Provide ongoing support to end-users and troubleshoot issues

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Good understanding of business processes within service, manufacturing and R&D companies
• Extensive knowledge in business IT (ERP systems)
• Knowledge about interfaces between different systems (example API’s)
• Fluent English skills both writen and spoken
• Advanced MS-Office skills
• Very experienced in high level mapping of company processes
• Understanding of the function and outcome of each process and the requirements to execute such process
• The ability to separate “the minimum requirements” from “the nice to haves”
