Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work remotely 2 days a week
As a Business Development Manager, you will be working for ITDS, a fast-growing company providing IT Engineers Outsourcing, Product Development, and Integration services across multiple industries, including financial, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and expanding a network of clients. You will contribute to the success of the Sales Team by leading sales initiatives, building long-term relationships, and supporting recruitment processes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and research
- Acquiring new clients in Poland through proactive sales activities
- Developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and drive business growth
- Meeting potential clients to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Designing and implementing business strategies to achieve long-term goals
- Advising clients on industry challenges and providing tailored solutions
- Representing the company at meet-ups, events, and conferences
- Preparing compelling sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
- Monitoring industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Previous experience in sales and/or business development
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Strong understanding of the IT market, IT profiles, and roles
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- The ability to work independently while excelling in a team environment
- A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven approach
- A proactive mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
- Fluent English & Polish
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Previous experience in IT Engineers Outsourcing
- Proven experience in executing business expansion initiatives
- A strong track record in sales and revenue growth
