Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days remotely/week)

As a Business Solutions Analyst (SAP FI/CO), you will be working for our client, a dynamic and innovative organization focused on providing top-tier functional end-user support across Europe, Turkey, and the CIS region. Your role will involve ensuring the alignment of IT service delivery with business strategy, participating in global projects, and maintaining existing solutions to meet business needs.

Your main responsibilities: Secure continuity of daily tasks assigned to the team

• Ensure effective functional end-user support across the designated regions based on internal SLA and KPI
• Contribute to the alignment of IT service delivery with business strategy
• Participate in the delivery of global projects and software deployments
• Cooperate closely with business stakeholders from Europe, Turkey, and the CIS region
• Ensure the availability and effectiveness of IT systems to meet business needs
• Analyze business processes (definition, mapping, optimization)
• Communicate and cooperate with all IT and business stakeholders
• Drive the business to utilize competitive advantages through technology-enabled processes for the FI domain
• Work on internal process improvements

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience working in an IT organization (front-end) or with IT project management
• Strong experience in the FI domain and SAP solutions with required surrounding tools (functional configuration experience is an advantage)
• Deep empathy for the user and a deep understanding of user-centered support
• Proactive mindset, adaptability to change, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Good communication skills to maintain clear and transparent communication with key stakeholders
• Ability to work from the office in Warsaw twice a week (relocation package available)
