As a CRM and Co-Pilot Studio Developer, you will be working for our client, a global financial services organization undertaking a large-scale digital transformation project. You will be joining a team that is building next-generation customer engagement platforms, leveraging Dynamics 365 and AI-driven copilots to enhance sales and service efficiency. Your role is focused on designing intelligent solutions that streamline workflows, automate complex processes, and enable data-driven decision making, while ensuring scalable integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Your main responsibilities: Designing and developing custom Dynamics 365 Sales and Service solutions using plugins, workflows, APIs, and Power Automate flows

• Creating and deploying AI-powered copilots and conversational agents with Copilot Studio for process automation and customer interaction
• Architecting and implementing integrations between Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 data models
• Extending Copilot capabilities with Azure services, custom connectors, and APIs
• Building and optimizing conversational flows, NLP models, and agent triggers
• Enhancing existing Dynamics solutions with predictive insights and automated resolution features
• Integrating Copilot agents with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 applications
• Conducting thorough testing of Copilot dialogues, logic, and Dynamics integrations
• Managing CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics and Copilot components using Azure DevOps
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/Services)
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Dataverse
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Solid programming skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and REST APIs
• Proven experience developing custom AI agents using Azure Bot Framework or Copilot extensions
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI design
• Experience integrating Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI) into business solutions
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio
• Ability to work effectively with business analysts and stakeholders in agile environments

It is a strong plus if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, MB-335, or AI-102
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Sales Insights, or Service Insights
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and advanced Dataverse AI features
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and their application in enterprise solutions
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
