As a Cyber Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across business regions. You will ensure that business requirements are incorporated into the global cyber transformation program and provide tailored risk reporting to stakeholders. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance cybersecurity governance, risk management, and support business-critical security engagements to ensure secure and seamless business operations.

Your main responsibilities: CCollaborating with business and cybersecurity teams to provide tailored risk reporting

  • Producing specific dashboards and MI reports to explain cybersecurity risks and mitigations
  • Reporting on business-critical cybersecurity engagements and ensuring adherence to global standards
  • Coordinating with central teams to incorporate business requirements into global cybersecurity initiatives
  • Supporting the rollout of new cybersecurity initiatives across business regions
  • Identifying roadblocks in business projects and escalating operational challenges when necessary
  • Supporting audit remediation efforts and tracking the status of cybersecurity vulnerabilities
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment between global and regional teams
  • Preparing communication for stakeholders and providing updates during cyber events
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on cybersecurity best practices

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity governance and operational processes
  • Knowledge of global financial services business models and regional compliance regulations
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity topics into clear business language
  • Proven ability to manage risk and compliance within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience preparing reports for stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering cybersecurity initiatives within a global organization
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing complex cybersecurity projects across regions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, both technical and non-technical

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, CISA)
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT security governance
