As a Delphi Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the insurance sector currently undergoing a major modernization of their core information systems. Your contributions will directly impact the development of scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions built on Oracle and Delphi technologies, enabling the client to deliver reliable and customer-centric services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within an Agile environment, fostering innovation and growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Designing and architecting new information system solutions using Oracle and Delphi technologies
- Programming and implementing high-quality, efficient code to develop key system features
- Developing detailed technical specifications and comprehensive design documentation
- Creating technical and administrative documentation to ensure clarity and maintainability
- Coordinating with business units to communicate changes and gather feedback
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless development workflows within Agile (SCRUM) methodology
- Conducting testing to validate functionality and system stability
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during development and deployment stages
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Delphi programming
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Proficiency with tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Excellent skills in technical documentation and communication
- Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Knowledge of Oracle database administration
Language Required for the role:
Polish — good command of both spoken and written language
