Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office)

As a Governance and Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution with a strong global presence, supporting critical governance and regulatory reporting activities across Europe. You will be ensuring timely, accurate, and well-presented submissions to senior stakeholders, boards, and regulators, while maintaining strong oversight of governance processes. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs that meet strict regulatory timelines. You will play a key role in providing clarity, structure, and insights within a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities: Managing the calendar for Board, regulatory, and stakeholder submissions

  • Supporting the preparation of Board papers and regulatory submissions
  • Taking ownership of specific submissions as experience is growing
  • Managing scorecards such as TRCB and DORA metrics
  • Handling periodic regulatory submissions including PRA stocktakes
  • Advocating for a Europe perspective in data and reporting requirements
  • Supporting ad-hoc project and programme management activities
  • Organizing governance meetings including scheduling, logistics, minutes, and actions
  • Tracking hygiene activities such as Pods, Teambook, and mandatory training
  • Ensuring deliverables are complete, factual, and submitted on time

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience building networks and engaging multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex information to senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven skills in visualizing data and information through charts and presentations
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and develop actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple deliverables
  • Discipline in maintaining trackers, chasing updates, and escalating when needed
  • Experience working in governance, reporting, or regulatory environments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks such as TRCB, DORA, or PRA
  • Experience in project or program management support
  • Proficiency with tools for data visualization and reporting
  • Prior experience within financial services or technology governance
