IT Analyst

Warsaw-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As an IT Analyst you will be working for our client, a prominent player in the online banking industry, supporting services and infrastructure for employees. This role focuses on delivering analytical insight, supporting end-users, and enhancing internal systems to meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work within a dynamic IT environment that leverages best-in-class tools and methodologies to maintain high standards of service delivery and performance.

Your main responsibilities: Analyze business and technical requirements to propose effective solutions

• Maintain and optimize Business Intelligence tools and dashboards
• Support end-users with IT-related issues and system navigation
• Visualize and present analytical data to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements
• Implement and maintain ITIL-based support processes
• Create and manage Excel-based tools using Visual Basic for Applications
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Document procedures, workflows, and technical specifications
• Monitor and improve data quality and reporting accuracy

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Very good knowledge of Business Intelligence systems
• Very good understanding of ITIL methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic for Applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to visualize and present complex data clearly
• Experience in end-user support in an IT environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
