As a Java Developer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, on a project with the Client’s DIS team. You’ll contribute significantly to dynamic projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies with a keen interest in learning.

Your main responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and supporting services using Java with Spring Boot on Google Cloud Platform-hosted environments
• Writing and maintaining unit tests
• Utilizing Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, etc., for artefact management and code release mechanisms
• Following Agile & DevOps working methodologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer
• Proficiency in Java11+ and Spring/Spring Boot
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Postgres and Redis
• Experience in building ReSTful APIs, with no requirement for SOAP
• Understanding of DevOps principles

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with financial systems or institutions
• Certifications in relevant technologies like Java or Spring Framework
