.NET Developer

Join our Client’s Scrum Team and set the trends for Digital Banking for Corporate Enterprises!

Gdańsk/ Warszawa – based with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/ week)

As a .NET Developer you will be working for our client, a leading international banking group undergoing a large-scale overhaul of its digital and branch platforms. Joining an agile product stream, you will shape high-availability microservice architectures in .NET 8, integrate legacy systems with modern APIs, and ensure rock-solid security and performance for millions of daily users. The project spans green-field features, cloud migration, and continuous optimisation, giving you wide influence over technical direction and delivery practices.

Your main responsibilities: Build modern and innovative banking processes for digital and branch channels

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and solution scope
• Create functional and system designs including UI mock-ups and business rule models
• Lead technical design addressing integration of modules via SOA and REST services
• Ensure security and performance of enterprise solutions in a regulated environment
• Support user acceptance testing and coordinate production deployments
• Drive continuous improvement of in-house system architecture and codebase
• Work within Scrum and Agile PM frameworks to deliver incremental value

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum five years of experience as a .NET developer or architect in complex IT projects, ideally in finance
• Expertise in .NET 6/8, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Kafka and microservice patterns
• Higher education degree in computer science or related field
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures, DDD principles and application optimisation
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams as technical coordinator or lead
• Strong organisational skills enabling timely delivery of project milestones
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Agile PM
• Focus on designing secure, high-performance enterprise solutions

It’s a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in mobile application projects
• Certification in Security
• Project management certification and practical application of this knowledge
• Practical knowledge of user story mapping and event storming
