Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).

As a Project Manager you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution undergoing extensive business and technology transformation. You will be playing a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of large-scale change initiatives that span multiple departments, technologies, and geographies. You’ll be guiding cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-level change while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value.

Your main responsibilities:Driving programme delivery by balancing scope, budget, risks, and dependencies

  • Supporting business stakeholders in translating complex needs into actionable deliverables
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Applying Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean in transformation initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior leaders throughout all project lifecycle stages
  • Leading programme controls setup and governance adherence
  • Monitoring project finances and resource allocations effectively
  • Ensuring alignment with enterprise change and compliance frameworks
  • Promoting project management best practices across teams and functions
  • Managing external vendors and ensuring quality delivery and compliance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with multi-level engagement experience
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language
  • Background in delivering enterprise-level transformation projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Experience working in large, regulated, multinational environments
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership
  • Knowledge of project management tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Clarity)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting techniques
  • Capability to lead teams through ambiguity and change

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity considerations within enterprise programme delivery
  • Prior experience in business or systems analysis roles
  • Exposure to business process modeling and documentation tools
  • Background in QA/testing within project lifecycles
  • Understanding of data visualization and analytics platforms
