As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global banking and financial services organization headquartered in London.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of Operations Project Sponsors’ needs within set timelines and budgets
• Leading project and program governance meetings
• Developing program strategy and approach across various projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Guiding Technology teams to proactively manage delivery, balancing scope, schedule, and resources
• Monitoring progress, issues, dependencies, and risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5-8 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services
• Experience in engaging with senior management and global stakeholders
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for collaborative work
• Proactive risk identification and management abilities
• Sound understanding of business units, industry challenges, and changes
• Management experience, including budgeting and planning responsibilities
• Departmental management support experience
• Proficiency in data analysis and transforming data into actionable insights
• Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint and dashboards
• Outstanding collaboration skills and a track record of building strong partnerships
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on technology-driven opportunities
• Experience in tracking team roadmap and milestones
• Degree in Technology or Business-related subject
• Fluent English
