As a Regional IT Support Specialist, you will work for our client, a leading eCommerce power in Central Europe within a rapidly expanding logistics and warehousing department dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple locations in the Czech Republic. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the opening and developing of new hubs and warehouses while delivering technical support that meets the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys regional travel, and is committed to problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Your main responsibilities: Providing technical support of the highest quality to employees across logistics centres and warehouses

  • Taking part in the opening and development of new locations
  • Handling user inquiries and orders comprehensively
  • Processing requests promptly and preparing/delivering IT equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues on workstations and mobile devices
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of office and logistics equipment such as scanners and label printers
  • Proposing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Maintaining and improving IT environments, including Active Directory, VoIP, VPN, and MDM systems

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience in user support, including 1st and 2nd line services
  • Strong technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and IT peripherals
  • Familiarity with corporate mobile device support (Android, iOS)
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Expertise in ticketing systems and understanding of SLA/OLA processes
  • Fluency in Active Directory-based environments and technologies (e.g., PXE, SCCM, o365)
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
  • Availability to travel regionally and work irregular hours as needed
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Czech (native) and English for business communication
