As a Senior Architect, you will be a part of a client’s global, specialized, and highly motivated Network Security team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing various senior stakeholders and engineering teams in order to deliver modern and future-proof IAM solutions across on-prem and Cloud. You will work at the enterprise and security architecture level and communicate to discuss your ideas, concerns, and feedback with global teams

Your main responsibilities: providing expertise and services to Domain Architects

• Using cutting-edge cryptographic, HSM, DLP, data classification and identification, and mobile security technologies
• Providing opportunities for security technology research
• Developing the Program Architecture: producing consistent and high-quality service roadmaps and architectures, ensuring strategic alignment and oversight of standards and guidelines
• Collaboration with technical domain architects and engineers to develop and agree on the target state and transitional states
• Accountability for the architectural oversight of all areas of your assigned Security Domain
• Participating in use case and requirements analysis, architecture state definition (target/interim), technology evaluation and strategy decisions, architecture reviews, as well as identification of improvement opportunities and architecture support for department programs and projects
• collaborating with our centralized IT Strategy and Architecture teams, as well as business divisions on dependencies across technical domains and service areas
• Increasing the engagement of the architecture team and the architecture community both within GCIO and within the divisions will enable them to actively engage in strategic projects, which will ultimately be reflected in increased customer engagement and drive higher value from the use of ESS services 

You are ideal an ideal Candidate if you have:

• 10 years of experience in a similar position
• 5 years of experience in software and systems engineering
• Solid understanding of Security Architecture with an outstanding understanding of modern practices and trends in Enterprise, Enabling, Cyber, and IT security, technologies, and frameworks
• Knowledge of IT Security, particularly with Crypto/HSM, Data Protection and DLP, Endpoint Protection, and Mobile Security
• Experience in successful utilization and integration of enterprise workflow platforms is a must
• General knowledge of infrastructure, network, and cloud security (with a focus on cloud-based KMS)
• Profound knowledge of enterprise architecture practices, strategies, processes, and methodologies, bringing a passion for architecture and software engineering excellence, Inc. experience in architecture modeling
• Positive personality and can-do attitude
• Preferably higher education
• Fluent English

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps, Open Source, and a programming language is of substantial advantage as well as practical experience in driving architecture good practice and encouraging creative or forward-thinking in a traditional and modern IT environment
• Proven ability to quickly learn new skills, with excellent analytical ability helping you to act as a dedicated problem solver of complex issues
• you also have sound communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
• Open-minded and empathic with a partnering mindset and an enthusiastic and motivated personality, with demonstrated experience in solving complex challenges
• The curiosity of technical trends and developments relating to technical products that might be used enterprise-wide and software delivery methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills enable you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships to collaborate with internal partners to drive the design of global and regional initiatives/ programs forward
