As a Senior Citrix Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution shaping the future of digital services. Joining the Citrix Lifecycle Mgt POD in Enterprise Infrastructure Distribute Compute, you will contribute to client’s Virtual Connect, a VDI service serving 150k+ users across 50+ countries.

Your main responsibilities: manage technical operations and service for the virtual Windows desktop (Windows 10/ Citrix XenDesktop)

• Coordinate with external service providers for seamless service delivery
• Provide project support and design solutions for business requirements
• Implement automation for processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform work outside regular business hours

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Expertise in Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp
• Hands-on experience with NetScaler, including firmware upgrade, certificate renewal, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and reporting tools for Citrix technologies
• Expertise in Server Operating systems, including Windows Server 2012/16/19
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter, SQL Database, SAN storage, and Networking
• Familiarity with application and patch deployment via SCCM and compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global stakeholder interaction

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Expertise in Appsense, including environment configurations and troubleshooting
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring using tools like SCOM and SPLUNK
• Knowledge of VDI administration within Azure
• Awareness of ITIL and Agile processes
• Experience in managing core infrastructure evergreening and migrations
