As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst – Savings Products, you will be working for our client in the financial services domain. You will support initiatives around sales and servicing processes for savings products, helping to shape clear system specifications and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technology teams. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation supporting end-to-end delivery
• Model processes and solutions using UML and BPMN, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Work hands-on with Enterprise Architect to develop and refine analysis artifacts
• Support delivery teams in an Agile environment through backlog refinement, alignment, and continuous improvement
• Define and validate integration approaches and communication between systems, including REST APIs
• Use SQL (intermediate level) to support analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis, preferably at senior level
• Strong command of UML and BPMN, including visual modeling techniques
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience with REST-based integrations and common communication patterns
• Working knowledge of RabbitMQ
• Proficiency with JIRA and structured backlog management
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality documentation

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Additional certifications in system analysis or Agile frameworks
• Experience with financial products or banking systems

Language Required for the role:

• Polish – fluent/professional command
• English – communicative
