Senior FrontEnd Developer

Warsaw-based opportunity with the possibility to work in hybrid model!

As a Senior FrontEnd Developer, you’ll be a key contributor to building the next generation risk system for our client’s Markets businesses. You’ll work alongside a talented team to develop modern, user-friendly interfaces that meet the complex needs of traders, supervisors, and regulators.

Your main responsibilities: Develop high-quality UIs for developers, support staff, quants, and finance professionals

• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile development environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Proactively work on innovative solutions
• Collaborate with business and aligned teams to define requirements
• Communicate effectively with support, development, and infrastructure teams
• Implement thorough automated testing using unit and integration tests
• Contribute to architectural standards, development best practices, and ensure adherence to these standards
• Contribute to the evolution of frameworks and APIs
• Influence the strategic direction of the team
• Mentor and support other team members

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience, with at least 3 years in React
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript tooling, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, npm, and TypeScript
• Understanding of and experience with RESTful web services and API design
• Decent technical writing skills for documentation
• Good understanding of data structures and solid computer science fundamentals
