As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking sector, dedicated to modernizing digital banking services. You will contribute to building a new online banking platform that delivers trust, security, and user-centric innovation—driving transformative change for millions of end users. Your main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evolve features for a cutting-edge online banking system, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Analyze requirements and develop resilient, scalable solutions to meet evolving banking needs.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Build and enhance frontend components using JavaScript and Angular, delivering intuitive interfaces.
• Work effectively within an existing codebase while delivering new, high-value functionality.
• Take ownership of tasks from analysis through implementation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of new features.
• Continuously improve system performance and stability through proactive support and optimization.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.
• Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Angular.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement scalable solutions independently.
• Experience working with existing codebases to extend functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and a good command of English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards.
• Certifications in Java, Angular, or related technologies.
