As a Senior Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution committed to enhancing risk and control governance. The project involves transforming, streamlining, and building new processes to ensure compliance and drive quality improvements. You will be responsible for managing complex priorities, leading teams, and working with diverse stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Your main responsibilities: Managing complex and competing priorities

• Mobilizing and managing teams to drive ideas and outcomes
• Working effectively with diverse and difficult stakeholders
• Leading reporting and governance-related activities
• Driving quality and process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with various aspects of the operational risk framework
• Documenting and mapping processes
• Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
• Presenting findings and updates to senior management
• Acting as a self-starter to initiate and lead projects

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English
• Experience in leadership and people management
• Resilience and ability to manage stress
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-starter mentality with proactive approach
• Experience in managing risk and control governance in financial services
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and ensure compliance

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working in a top-tier global financial services technology risk and control team
• Familiarity with operational risk frameworks and governance
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks
• Knowledge of industry best practices in risk and control management
