As a Senior Java Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial industry, dedicated to advancing sales systems through innovative technology. You will contribute to developing, implementing, and integrating robust solutions that optimize banking operations and enhance customer experience. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and optimize sales system components using Java and Python.
• Collaborate in testing, analyzing, and implementing new features within the product lifecycle.
• Enhance system integration with local and global banking platforms using Java, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for system changes and development processes.
• Build and maintain a cohesive and scalable system architecture.
• Ensure the stability and security of system integrations and data exchanges.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 7 years of experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of sales systems or banking solutions.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, Oracle databases, and RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka and system integration projects.
• Good command of Polish and communicative English.

It is a strong plus if you have: (Optional)

• Certifications related to Java or system architecture.
• Experience in financial or banking environments.
