System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a technology service company that serves the world’s leading industrial companies globally. You will be responsible for optimizing and accelerating the process of gathering requirements, creating concepts and documenting planned functionalities in a way that is understandable and convenient for the team. Due to the nature and complexity of the project, it will be crucial to work closely with the development team to develop optimal solutions that integrate harmoniously with the existing system.

Your main responsibilities: Gathering and documenting client-reported requirements

• Initial assessment and verification of requirements in cooperation with experienced development team members
• Creating UI mockups for initial validation of proposed solutions
• Preparing documentation for new features
• Assisting in preparing tasks for estimation with the development team
• Collaborating with the development team, providing ongoing consultations during implementation, and updating documentation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in a systems analyst role (minimum 5 years)
• Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication with clients
• Experience in preparing system change documentation
• Ability to analyze solutions from a business value perspective and provide alternative solutions
• Ability to foster understanding of functionalities within the development team
• Ability to create business-oriented wireframes for user interfaces
• Ability to analyze SQL database data to better understand the current system state and forecast the impact of new functionalities
• Experience working with clients, development teams, and UX teams
• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks effectively

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Ability to analyze data and create reports using Power BI to assess the potential impact of new features on the system
• Experience working with the QA team to develop test cases
• Ability to read code to better understand the current state of the systemasz
