As a Technical Product Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, to enhance its cybersecurity capabilities. This role involves managing critical security tools and systems, focusing on the Tenable Nessus service. Your work ensures secure, efficient operations and strengthens risk management frameworks. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver application security capabilities, supporting a secure banking ecosystem for millions of users worldwide.
Your main responsibilities: Representing and managing the Tenable Nessus service within Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing (CSAT) Engineering
- Supporting the IT Service Owner and managing infrastructure aspects of the service
- Driving roadmap and strategy in collaboration with Cybersecurity Control Owners and Architecture
- Managing vendor relations, governance, operations, and contributing to contract negotiations
- Coordinating evergreening and vulnerability management with the SRE Team
- Ensuring compliance with organizational controls, including change/release management, monitoring, and scanning
- Improving the developer user experience through communication, documentation, and support
- Supporting audits, prioritizing deadlines, and addressing stakeholder requirements
- Contributing to decision-making, expressing ideas, and proposing innovative solutions
- Planning, organizing, and executing projects to meet deadlines effectively
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Expertise in SecOps infrastructure and vulnerability security
- Hands-on experience with Tenable Nessus products in solution design and operations
- Strong competency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, including connectivity and networking
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
- Proactivity and confidence in decision-making and ownership of tasks
- A mindset for challenging the status quo to drive innovation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with internal or external compliance and control audits
- Background in working with remote or hybrid teams in a global, multicultural environment
- Experience in heavily regulated industries
