As a Technology Control Change Manager, you will be working for our client, a global banking institution, assisting in the efficient management of operational risk and control within the Chief Control Office (CCO).

Your main responsibilities:

• Acting as a trusted advisor for senior management on operational risk management
• Managing the promotion of accountable risk and control decision-making
• Establishing strong working relationships with the Cyber Security function
• Leading efforts to continuously improve the control environment
• Identifying trends to anticipate future developments in risk and control

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong knowledge of Operational Risk
• Flexible and adaptable nature to manage competing demands
• Excellent communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to lead activities effectively
• Desire to continually improve services and solve problems impacting work or the business
• Ability to deliver insightful risk and control information
• Expertise in Cyber Security controls

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, COBIT, or ITIL
