Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure transformation projects, managing scope, schedule, resources, quality, and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, coordinating cross-team dependencies and third-party contributions.
  • Drive project governance, including RAID management, change control, and progress reporting, ensuring alignment with portfolio standards.
  • Manage project financials by forecasting, tracking, and addressing variances, using tools like Clarity and Excel.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with global stakeholders across Infrastructure, Architecture, Operations, Finance, and Risk.
  • Oversee implementation, cutover, and handover activities to minimize service disruption, ensuring seamless operational transitions.
  • Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement and best practices across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, providing clear, concise updates for senior leadership.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid financial discipline: forecasting, variance analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Confident communication skills in English, capable of translating technical topics for senior audiences.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with global projects and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure delivery tools such as Clarity and advanced Excel skills.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are advantageous.
