Test Automation Developer

Drive Quality in Online Banking as an Automation Tester!

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month)

As a Test Automation Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, ensuring the high quality of business processes developed within a BPMS system. You will play a key role in a collaborative SCRUM team, actively participating in all aspects of software development for innovative projects. From designing automation tests to supporting tools and processes, you will contribute to creating efficient, scalable, and reliable systems while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for BPMS services and processes

• Create and maintain tools and processes to support test automation
• Install and configure automation testing tools
• Support the team with regular code reviews
• Document designed solutions and maintain their documentation
• Manage test automation environments
• Prepare test data, mocks, and reports
• Collaborate actively with the SCRUM team
• Optimize workflows and propose solutions for better efficiency
• Ensure alignment with best practices in testing and development

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in automating tests for web applications
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Knowledge of Selenium, Pytest, and Requests libraries
• Hands-on experience with tools like TeamCity or Jenkins
• Practical experience using GIT for version control
• Solid understanding of JSON data formats
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Creativity and ideas for optimizing workflows

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Django, JavaScript, Locust, JMeter, or Docker
