As Testers, you will be working for our client, a financial institution specializing in banking products, including various term deposits and savings accounts. Your role will primarily involve ensuring the accuracy and functionality of interest calculation processes for different deposit and savings products, with a particular focus on savings accounts in Belgium.

Your main responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing of interest calculation algorithms for term deposits and savings products

• Verify the accuracy of interest calculations across different scenarios and deposit terms
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in interest calculation processes
• Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve testing issues
• Provide feedback on the usability and functionality of the interest calculation system

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing
• Business knowledge of savings products in the Belgian banking sector
• Strong understanding of interest calculation principles and financial products
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of banking products, particularly term deposits and savings accounts
• Attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies in financial calculations
• Excellent communication skills to convey testing results and collaborate with the development team
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
