As a senior-level Business Analyst, you will work for a leading global financial institution dedicated to transforming Securities Services operations. You will join a dedicated team focused on modernizing Transfer Agency processes through innovative use of Temenos Multifonds and Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) capabilities. This role offers an exciting chance to leverage your hands-on Multifonds experience to challenge current practices, implement best-in-class solutions, and drive operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze current Transfer Agency processes to identify areas for enhancement
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Temenos Multifonds and WEM, providing practical insights
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Translate operational needs into precise functional specifications for IT delivery
• Support the implementation and continuous optimization of Multifonds solutions
• Recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
• Lead testing activities including SIT/UAT to validate solutions
• Prepare comprehensive functional documentation and support business readiness initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across international teams to foster alignment

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience within Transfer Agency operations
• Deep understanding of Transfer Agency operating models and processes
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Multifonds
• Experience with Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) is highly preferred
• Background as a Business Analyst or operational SME involved in system implementations
• Track record supporting transformation, migration, or automation projects
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively
• Skilled in preparing business requirements and functional documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within investment banking, securities services, or asset servicing is a strong advantage

Nice to have:

• Prior involvement in Transfer Agency modernization programs
• Knowledge of workflow automation within Multifonds
• Experience working in Agile environments

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English, with strong communication skills
