As a Windows Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading global technology solutions provider, contributing to a project aimed at optimizing IT infrastructure across multiple regions. Your role entails providing specialized support for Intune Endpoint Manager (MEM) Autopilot processes, Azure Active Directory management, and advanced-level troubleshooting for Windows 11 technical issues. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage ServiceNow support tickets, create knowledge base articles, and serve as the Single Point of Contact for level 3 inquiries.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting backend activities in MEM for Windows device enrollment via Autopilot
- Providing Azure Active Directory device management support
- Troubleshooting technical problems with Windows 11 at an advanced level
- Handling ServiceNow support tickets from end-users
- Creating Knowledge Base articles for MEM and Windows 11 topics
- Collaborating on delivery for Browser Frontend technologies at SAP
- Creating and updating baseline settings documentation for all browsers across platforms
- Conducting meetings with lines of Business/program managers and stakeholders
- Opening advisory and incidents tickets with vendors
- Maintaining Intune CSP and informing management about changes before deployment
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- More than 3 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in Windows 11 support
- Expert knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows device configuration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager device enrollment using Autopilot process
- Knowledge of: MEM Win32 applications, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, SCCM
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
- Proactive, independent, and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong customer focus and multitasking abilities
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
- Team player mindset for effective coordination across various team members and time zones
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Professional education or equivalent certification in Windows 11 or Microsoft Azure
