Joanna Modrak-Grabowska promoted to Finance Director

We are pleased to announce that Joanna Modrak-Grabowska has been recently promoted to the position of Finance Director.

Joanna joined ITDS in October 2019, starting at the newly-created position of Finance Manager. She was responsible for responding to all ongoing needs related to management of financial operations, as well as for building the Finance Team from the ground up and bringing stability not only to the Team, but also to all processes in the Finance Department in Poland, by relying on her expertise, experience and legal regulations, alongside with the knowledge transfer and close cooperation with the Netherlands ITDS office.

By seamlessly performing the tasks she had been entrusted with, Joanna quickly proved herself as a very efficient professional. This led to her promotion to the position of Associate Finance Director as early as in June 2021. Consequently, from September 2021 on, the scope of her responsibilities was extended by duties aiming at developing from scratch and supervising the finance area in the newly opened ITDS branch in Portugal.

Currently, as the Finance Director for Poland and Portugal, Joanna is responsible for the further development of the Finance Department and consolidation of finance processes. In the Finance Team, she prioritizes an innovative and agile attitude towards the team’s work, primarily aiming not only at providing transparency towards the company’s shareholders, but also at supporting and promoting development of an organisation based on commonly accessible and intelligible data, and as a consequence, optimising the key decision-making processes at every organisational level.

Joanna says: “To me, working at ITDS is all along an entertaining journey, which allows me to confront the experience gained in large, international and highly-structured corporations with the exceptionally dynamic and challenge-oriented environment, where ability to observe and understand the business – and, therefore, strong decision-making skills and the ability to adjust to the business needs, are crucial.
