As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Senior Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, on enhancing their customer relationship management systems. This project involves customizing and extending Dynamics 365 to improve business processes and customer interactions. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the CRM system.

Your main responsibilities:

• Extending Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-ins and Workflow Custom Activities using C#
• Extending Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript and WebAPI
• Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365/CE using Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps
• Documenting User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Preparing Solutions and Builds using Microsoft Azure DevOps for deployments and releases
• Participating in requirements workshops and providing innovative solutions, demos, and presentations
• Providing production support, resolving bugs and issues, and managing user queries
• Conducting system testing and ensuring the quality of the developed solutions
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to support and challenge business requirements
• Ensuring adherence to DevOps model including CI/CD and pipelines

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-Ins using C#
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with Web APIs
• Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform
• Thorough understanding of DevOps model including CI/CD and pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a proactive, self-starting approach
• Ability to develop both front-end and back-end solutions and document Product Backlog Items
• Confidence in dealing with various business stakeholders
• Experience providing production support and managing user queries
• Exposure to financial services
• Understanding of Agile, Sprint, Scrum, and Kanban principles
• 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer
• Be able to describe low-level technical description of code, as well as quantifying business benefits
• Exhibits good analytical and problem-solving skills, takes initiative, and comes up with innovative solutions
• Fluent English
